Kids around supports Apprentis d’Auteuil and the crèches at Nantes University Hospital

On behalf of CWF, Barbara Gendre presented a cheque for €14,721 to Olivier Crépon and Jean Philippe Mauduyt, directors of the Maison d’Enfants Charles de Foucauld in Challans. The first association / Apprentis d’Auteuil, which takes in children and teenagers at risk, entrusted by the Children’s Social Welfare Agency or the juvenile court judge for varying lengths of time. For the association, the aim is to build a secure living environment and do everything possible to restore their confidence and help them overcome their difficulties. Once they have calmed down, they can once again forge links with their families, if the law allows. Thanks to Nacéra Arnauld of the Lions for organizing this enriching event.

The second cheque for €14,721 was presented by CWF and its Kids around brand to the Nantes CHU endowment fund, in support of this association, which was in great demand during the confinement period. Nantes University Hospital’s crèches enabled nursing staff to devote their time to fighting the epidemic and saving lives. They welcome over 90 children every day.
